Statement by Permanent TSB Group Holdings plc

31 March 2022. Permanent TSB Group Holdings plc has announced that Mike Frawley, the Group's Chief Risk Officer and Board Executive Director has informed the Company of his intention to leave the Bank in the coming months to take on a new role in Irish financial services. In accordance with the Bank's existing governance arrangements, Mr Frawley will step down from the Board with immediate effect.
Mr Frawley joined the Board in October 2019 following his appointment as Chief Risk Officer in December 2018. Prior to joining Permanent TSB, Mr Frawley spent 19 years with HSBC.
Speaking today, Permanent TSB CEO, Eamonn Crowley, wished Mr Frawley continued success in his career. He said; "Mike has been instrumental in both driving new and enhanced internal control and risk management standards for Permanent TSB and in contributing more broadly to the transformation of the organisation. I want to thank him for his work with the Bank and wish him every success in his future career."
