Infrastructure India plc, an AIM quoted infrastructure fund investing directly into assets in India, announces that it was yesterday notified that Sonny Lulla, the Company's Chief Executive Officer, had purchased 300,000 ordinary shares in the Company at a price of 11.75 pence per ordinary share on that same day.
As a result, Mr. Lulla is now interested in 650,000 ordinary shares in the Company, representing 0.1% of the Company's issued ordinary share capital.
