Infrastructure India plc, an AIM quoted infrastructure fund investing directly into assets in India, announces that it was yesterday notified that Tim Walker, a non-executive director of the Company, had purchased, through his pension scheme, 100,000 ordinary shares in the Company at a price of 14.5 pence per ordinary share on that same day.
As a result, Mr. Walker is now interested in 281,667 ordinary shares in the Company, representing 0.04% of the Company's issued ordinary share capital.
