Infrastructure India plc, an AIM quoted infrastructure fund investing directly into assets in India, announces that it has been notified that Tim Walker, a non-executive director of the Company, purchased 100,000 ordinary shares in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 5.75 pence per Ordinary Share on 21 March 2017 and that Mr. Walker purchased a further 100,000 Ordinary Shares at a price of 6.00 pence per Ordinary Share on 22 March 2017.

As a result, Mr. Walker is now beneficially interested in a total of 481,667 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.07% of the Company's issued ordinary share capital.
