Annual Report and Accounts 2010
The Board of Infrastructure India plc ("Infrastructure India" or the "Company"), the investment company focussed on Indian infrastructure assets, today announces that its Annual Report and Accounts for the period ended 31 March 2010 have been distributed to shareholders, including the notice of its annual general meeting ("Notice of AGM") that will be held on Wednesday, 25 August 2010 at 9.30am at the Company's registered office.
The Annual Report and Accounts and Notice of AGM have been submitted to the UK Listing Authority and will be shortly available for inspection at the UK Listing Authority's Document Viewing Facility, which is situated at:

The Company announced its final results on 30 July 2010 in accordance with the financial reporting obligations of the Financial Services Authority's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
