On October 2022, the Companies announce the launch of new offers for subscription to raise in aggregate, up to 16347 million, with over-allotment facilities to raise, in aggregate, up to a further 16329 million (together the Offers an each an Offer) in the amounts below:

The Offers are now open for applications an will close (unless fully subscribe earlier or otherwise at the iscretion of the relevant Boar) at .30 p.m. on 27 March 2023. Investors can select which of the Companies they wish to invest in. Investors can apply to invest equally in all of the Companies or ifferent amounts in one or more of the Companies (subject to an Offer not having close prior to the application form being processe). The amount subscribe uner each Offer will be investe into new orinary shares of 1p each in the relevant Company.
