Director/PDMR Shareholding
Intercede, the leading cybersecurity software company specialising in digital identities, was notified on 24 October 2023 of the following transactions:
· Royston Hoggarth, Chairman of the Group, purchased a total of 70,000 ordinary shares of 1 pence ("Ordinary Shares") at an average price of 56.25 pence per Ordinary Share.
· The purchases were made on the 19 October 2023 (65,000 shares) and 20 October 2023 (5,000 shares).
· Following the purchase, Mr Hoggarth has an increased shareholding of 445,214 Ordinary Shares in the Company, representing approximately 0.76% of the Company's issued share capital.
