Notification of Board Changes

IGas, a leading UK onshore oil and gas explorer and producer, today announces the following Board and Board Committee changes effective immediately.

Robin Pinchbeck will be stepping down from the Board as an independent Non-executive Director having served on the Board for over four years. 

Mike McTighe will join the Board as Non-executive Deputy Chairman and will become a member of the Audit and Remuneration Committees.

Mike is currently Chairman of WYG Ltd, Jerrold Holdings Ltd, Arran Isle Ltd and Gortmullan Holdings Ltd. Previously, he was on the Board of Ofcom and has held a variety of non-executive director roles in public and private companies over the last 18 years. Mike has held a number of senior executive roles in international businesses including Cable & Wireless, Philips, GE and Motorola.

Mike McTighe owns 250,000 shares in the Company representing 0.1%.
