Annual Report for the nine months ended 31 December 2015 and AGM

IGas Energy plc ("the Company") announces that it has today posted its annual report and financial statements to shareholders together with the notice of the 2016 Annual General Meeting (AGM) and forms of proxy. The AGM will be held on 25th May 2016.
