Confirmation of Admission - Fundraising Completed
IGas, a leading UK onshore oil and gas explorer and producer, is pleased to be able to announce that all of the New Ordinary Shares issued in accordance with the terms of the Fundraising were admitted to trading this morning at 8.00am and, as a result, the restructuring of the Company's Secured Bonds and Unsecured Bonds and the Fundraising have now become effective in accordance with their respective terms.
