InnovaDerma (LSE: IDP), a UK developer of life sciences, beauty and personal care products, announces today that Ross Andrews, Non-executive Director has purchased 15,000 Ordinary Shares at a price of 94.4 pence per Ordinary Share (the "Purchase").
Following the Purchase, Ross Andrews now holds a total of 30,000 Ordinary Shares representing approximately 0.21% of the issued share capital of the Company.
