InnovaDerma (LSE: IDP), a leading digitally focused UK beauty brand developer, announces that it was notified on 24 December 2021, Mark Ward, Non-executive Director has purchased 376,799 Ordinary Shares of €0.10 each in the Company at an average price of 35.0 pence per Ordinary Share.
Following the purchase, Mark Ward now holds a total of 5,049,076 Ordinary Shares representing approximately 18.44% of the issued share capital of the Company.
