Director/PDMR Shareholding
InnovaDerma (LSE: IDP), a UK developer of life sciences, beauty and personal care products, announces that it was notified today that on 4 and 8 May 2018, Haris Chaudhry, Executive Chairman of InnovaDerma, sold 775,000 ordinary shares of €0.10 each ("Ordinary Shares") at an average price of £1.32 per Ordinary Share in order to satisfy a personal tax requirement due in Australia (the "Sale").
Following the Sale, Mr Chaudhry has an interest in, including that of the persons closely associated with him, of 5,030,220 Ordinary Shares representing approximately 34.64% of the issued share capital of the Company.
The total number of shares in which Haris Chaudhry is interested as above includes 50,000 Ordinary Shares owned by Mr Chaudhry's wife. Mr Chaudhry's wife is a person closely associated with him for the purposes of Article 19 of the Market Abuse Regulations.
