Idox plc (AIM: IDOX), a leading supplier of specialist information management solutions and services, announces that Andrew Riley, its Chief Executive has stepped down from his role and the Board, and has today left the Group. This is further to the announcement issued on 13 December that he had been absent due to ill health. Richard Kellett-Clarke continues to serve as the Group's interim Chief Executive.

Laurence Vaughan, Chairman of Idox commented:

"Andy had a distinguished seventeen year career at Idox, initially in operational roles and then as an executive director, being appointed Chief Executive in 2016. During this time the Group has grown substantially to become a leading software and solutions provider to the public sector. We thank him for his contribution and wish him well for the future."
