Directors' share purchases and issue of share options

Immunodiagnostic Systems Holdings plc (AIM: IDH), a leading producer of diagnostic testing kits and automated systems for the clinical and research markets, announces that it was informed on 4 April 2013 the following Director's shares were purchased:

(1) Based on 28,336,915 ordinary shares in issue

In addition, IDS announce the issue of share options as part of an on-going programme of incentives for its employees. Following the recommendation of the Remuneration Committee, IDS has today agreed to grant 48,746 share options to Chris Yates under the Company's Unapproved Share Option Scheme at an exercisable price of 279p per share. The exercise of options granted is subject to the achievement of certain performance conditions set by the Board and the options are exercisable over a period of three to ten years. In addition to the above options grant, options were granted to other Approved Grantees in respect of a further 15,372 shares.
