Immunodiagnostic Systems Holdings plc (IDH.L) ("IDS" or the "Company"), a specialist producer of manual and automated diagnostic testing kits and instrumentation for the clinical and research markets, was advised that today, Peter Williamson, Non-Executive Director, acquired 5,000 ordinary shares of 2p each ("Ordinary Shares") in the Company at an average price of £2.24 per Ordinary Share.
Following these purchases, Mr Williamson is interested in 45,000 Ordinary Shares, 0.15% of the issued share capital of the Company.
