Immunodiagnostic Systems Holdings plc (the "Company"), a leading producer of diagnostic testing kits and automated systems for the clinical and research markets, announces that it was informed yesterday that Patrik Dahlen,Non-Executive Director, bought a total of 10,782 ordinary shares of 2p in the Company in a series of trades on 26 January 2012 at an average purchase price of 305 pence.
Following these transactions Patrik Dahlen has a beneficial interest in 19,032 shares in the Company.
