Immunodiagnostic Systems Holdings plc (IDH.L) ("IDS" or the "Company"), a specialist producer of manual and automated diagnostic testing kits and instrumentation for the clinical and research markets, was advised today that on 10 September 2020, Soenke Weissenborn, Group Operations Director, acquired 2,000 ordinary shares of 2p each ("Ordinary Shares") in the Company at an average price of £2.27 per Ordinary Share.
Following these purchases, Mr Weissenborn is interested in 4,000 Ordinary Shares, 0.01% of the issued share capital of the Company.
