Application has today been made to AIM for admission of 33,361 new Ordinary Shares of 2 pence each in the Company ("Shares"). These Shares, which will rank pari passu in all respects with the existing shares in issue, are being issued pursuant to the exercise of options under the Company's EMI Scheme.
Admission is expected to become effective on 6 August 2014. Following admission to trading of the Shares, the Company will have 29,195,276 Ordinary Shares of 2 pence each in issue.
