Total Voting Rights

In line with the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure and Transparency Rules, Ideagen PLC (AIM: IDEA), a leading supplier of Information Management Software to highly regulated industries, announces that as at today's date, the Company's total issued share capital is 293,695,490 ordinary shares of 1p each ("Ordinary Shares") and the total number of voting rights will therefore be 293,695,490.

The above figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the share capital of the Company under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
