Ideagen PLC (AIM: IDEA), a leading supplier of Information Management software to highly regulated industries, announces that following the acquisition of EIBS, Mr Les Paul will be stepping down from the Board of Directors with effect from the 1st August 2014.
Les will continue to work with the Group and play an active role on product development initiatives and his time commitment with Ideagen will remain unchanged.
The Board of Directors express their sincere thanks and gratitude to Les for the significant contribution he has made to Ideagen over the years and look forward to his continued involvement with the Group.
