Director Dealing and Total Voting Rights
Ideagen PLC (AIM: IDEA), a leading supplier of Information Management Software to highly regulated industries, announces that Ben Dorks, Chief Executive Officer of the Company, has exercised 1,000,000 share options with an exercise price of 22.38 pence each over the ordinary shares of 1 pence each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares" and the "Exercise") and subsequently sold 650,000 Ordinary Shares at a price of 147.50 pence per Ordinary Share (the "Sale").
Following the Exercise and Sale, Mr. Dorks' beneficial interest in Ordinary Shares of the Company has increased by 350,000 to 2,350,533 Ordinary Shares representing 1.06% of the total voting rights of the Company.
Application has been made to the London Stock Exchange for the 1,000,000 new Ordinary Shares to be admitted to trading on AIM ("Admission") and it is expected that Admission will become effective and trading will commence at 8.00 a.m. on 23 September 2019.
After Admission, the total number of Ordinary Shares in issue will be 220,818,344 and the total number of voting rights will therefore be 220,818,344. This figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the share capital of the Company under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
