Potential sale of subsidiary

IDE Group Holdings plc (the "Company"), the mid-market network, cloud and IT managed services provider, announces that it is in advanced discussions to sell its wholly owned subsidiary, IDE Group Connect Limited ("Connect") for an expected consideration of £250,000. The Company will issue a further update in due course.
The Company will release its interim results for the 6 months ended 30 June 2021 on 30 September 2021.
