2017 Results Timing Update
IDE Group Holdings plc, the mid-market network, cloud and IT Managed Services provider, announces that the Company's final results for the year ended 31 December 2017 are now expected to be released on or around 8 May 2018.
This change to the announcement of its final results date is predominantly due to the Company's auditors, BDO, continuing their assessment of the Company's impairment review of the acquisitions made in early 2016.
