One Fifty One plc21 September 2007 Not for release, publication or distribution, in whole or in part, in, into orfrom a Restricted Jurisdiction. 21 September 2007 ACQUISITION OF SHARES IN IRISH CONTINENTAL GROUP PLC ("ICG") BY ONE FIFTY ONE CAPITAL LIMITED On 14 June 2007, the Independent Board of ICG and the Board of MoondusterLimited ("Moonduster") announced that they had reached agreement on the terms ofa recommended acquisition by Moonduster, at a price of €22.00 per ICG Unit, ofthe entire issued and to be issued share capital of ICG by means of a scheme ofarrangement under Section 201 of the Companies Act, 1963 (the "Moonduster Scheme"). On 20 August 2007, the Independent Board of ICG announced that having reachedagreement with the Board of Aella on the terms of a recommended acquisition ofICG, at a price of €24.00 per ICG Unit, the Independent Directors of ICG werewithdrawing their intention to recommend the Moonduster Scheme. Moonduster announces that on 20 September 2007 One51 Capital acquired, throughcontracts for difference, the voting rights over 368,254 ICG Units, representingapproximately 1.6 per cent. of the issued share capital of ICG, at a price of€25.00 per ICG Unit. Accordingly Moonduster confirms that the Cash Consideration payable pursuant tothe Moonduster Scheme increases to €25.00 per ICG Unit in accordance with Rule 7of the Takeover Rules.
