Increased Revolving Credit Facility

IBEX Global Solutions plc (AIM: IBEX), a leading provider of contact centre services and other business process outsourcing (BPO) solutions, is pleased to announce that it has agreed to an increase and expansion of its existing revolving credit facility ("RCF") with PNC Bank, National Association ("PNC").

The previous US$35 million RCF with PNC commenced on 7 November 2013 and was set to mature on 7 November 2016. The new amendment increases the RCF to US$40 million, with a potential increase of up to a total RCF of US$50 million (subject to PNC approval and conditions), and an additional US$10 million non-revolving line of credit to finance capital expenditures. The new, amended RCF matures on 1 May 2020, and has other improved terms. The amended RCF continues to be subject to customary financial performance covenants.
