Cambridge, UK, 11th June 2014: Horizon (LSE: HZD), the international life science company supplying research tools to organisations engaged in genomics research and the development of personalised medicines, announces that on the 11th of June 2014 Susan Searle, Non-executive Director, purchased 16,000 shares at 159.96 pence per share for her Self-Invested Personal Pension fund. Following this purchase, Susan Searle's direct beneficial interest in the Company is 20,000 ordinary shares, representing 0.03% of the total issued share capital.
