ITE Group plc ("ITE") - Total Voting Rights and Issued Share Capital
In accordance with the provisions of the Disclosure and Transparency Rules issued by the Financial Conduct Authority, ITE Group plc announces that as at 1 September 2016, the total number of ordinary shares of 1 pence each of ITE Group plc in issue is 262,139,673, with each share carrying the right to one vote at a general meeting.
ITE Group plc does not hold any shares in Treasury.
The total number of voting rights in ITE Group plc is therefore 262,139,673. This figure should be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they determine whether they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in ITE Group plc, under the Disclosures and Transparency Rules.
