HYDRODEC GROUP PLC ("Hydrodec" or the "Company") 

Director Shareholding

Hydrodec was notified today that Neil Gaskell, non-executive Deputy Chairman of the Company, purchased 120,000 ordinary shares of 0.5 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") in the Company. The Ordinary Shares were purchased today at a price of 17.5 pence per share. His resultant holding of 120,000 Ordinary Shares represents 0.05 per cent. of the Company's issued ordinary share capital with voting rights.
