Haynes Publishing Group P.L.C.,Ā the worldwide market leader in the production and sale of automotive and motorcycle repair manuals, announces that itĀ has received notification fromĀ the following directors who have purchased ordinary 20p shares in the company.
On 28thĀ August 2008,Ā Mr JH Haynes, OBE (Chairman) purchased 15,000 ordinary 20p shares in the Company at 170p per share.
On 28thĀ August 2008,Ā Mrs Annette Haynes (a connected party of Mr JH Haynes) purchased 20,000 ordinary 20p shares in the Company at 170p per share.
On 28thĀ August 2008,Ā MrĀ Eric OakleyĀ (Group Chief Executive)Ā purchased 20,000Ā 20p ordinary shares in the Company atĀ 165p per share.
