RusHydro signs loan agreement in context of Eurobond issue
September 27, 2017. Moscow, Russia. PJSC RusHydro (ticker symbol: MOEX, LSE: HYDR; OTCQX: RSHYY) announces signing a loan agreement in order to secure liabilities under the issue of Eurobonds (Euroclearable RUB LPN) planned for placement in the Irish Stock Exchange. The parties to the agreement are PJSC RusHydro and RusHydro Capital Markets DAC, acting as the issuer of the LPN. The size of the loan is RUB 20 bn, interest rate is 8.125% pa. The loan matures on September 22, 2022. Interest is paid twice a year. The loan is unsecured.
