RusHydro announces results of JSC FEGC tender
PJSC RusHydro (ticker symbol: MOEX, LSE: HYDR; OTCQX: RSHYY) announces the results of a major tender held by an entity controlled by RusHydro.
On June 8, 2018, the controlled entity having significant importance - JSC FEGC summarized the results of an open tender for the conclusion of a service contract under the bid "Revolving Framework Credit Line Agreement" for the needs of JSC FEGC.

Interest rate for using the loaned funds: 10.45% per annum (key rate of the Central Bank of the Russian Federation + bank margin of 2.45% per annum).
Loan term: 7 years.
