Notice of significant change of ownership in RusHydro
PJSC RusHydro (ticker symbol: MOEX, LSE: HYDR; OTCQX: RSHYY) announces that it has been informed by VTB Bank (PJSC), previously holding more than 4.6% in the Company's share capital about a change of its ownership on June 13, 2017.
Share in the Company's capital belonging to VTB Bank increased from 17,591,350,000 shares (or 4.6% of the share capital) to 57,591,350,000 shares (or 13.5% of the current share capital). The change in the number of shares of the Company held by VTB Bank took place on June 5, 2017.
