Total Voting Rights

Hydrogen confirms that, as at 3 March 2014, its total issued share capital is unchanged, with 23,714,238 ordinary shares in issue, carrying voting rights on the basis of one vote per share.

There are no shares held in treasury.

Therefore, the total number of voting rights in Hydrogen is 23,714,238.

The above figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for calculations to determine if they have a notifiable interest in Hydrogen under the Disclosure and Transparency Rules, or if such interest has changed.
