Hydrogen Group PLC14 April 2008 14 April 2008 Hydrogen Group plc ("Hydrogen") Correction to Voting Rights and Capital The following amendment has been made to the Total Voting Rights Announcementreleased on Friday 11 April at 16:04 under RNS number 2072S. The previous announcement stated that there were 270,259 shares held in Treasury. All other details remain unchanged. In conformity with the Disclosure and Transparency Rules we would like to notifythe market of the following: Hydrogen's capital consists of 23,012,456 ordinary shares with voting rights. There are no shares held in the treasury. Therefore, the total number of voting rights in Hydrogen is 23,012,546. The above figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for thecalculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify theirinterest in, or a change to their interest in Hydrogen Group plc under the FSA'sDisclosure and Transparency Rules.
