Hydro International PLC05 May 2006 HYDRO INTERNATIONAL PLC Keith Marshall Hydro International announces that Keith Marshall, Finance Director has decidedfor family and personal reasons to relocate to Cornwall. Accordingly he hastendered his resignation which, by mutual agreement, will take effect on 30thJune 2006. The Board and other colleagues would like to acknowledge Keith's eleven years ofservice and commitment to the Company and wish him and his family well for thefuture. The search for a successor has already commenced and it is anticipated that thiswill be completed in time to effect an orderly handover by Keith to the newencumbent.
