Hadrian's Wall Secured Investments Limited (the "Company")
Portfolio update
The Company continues to invest its IPO proceeds and is pleased to provide an update on its progress to date. The Company has now closed 7 loans with an average size of £2.8 million and a total value of £20.6 million. The loans are spread across a number of sectors including manufacturing, housing association facilities, auto lessors and health care. All loans are secured over underlying assets and have a weighted average yield on the loan portfolio of 8.3% and a weighted average loan term of 4.1 years.
The Company has several other mandates agreed and is in advanced discussions with additional borrowers in respect of over £50 million of potential loans and expects a number of these loans to close in the first quarter of 2017. In keeping with its expectation set out in the quarterly fact sheet released in October, the Company's investment adviser expects the Company to be fully committed towards the end of the first quarter of 2017.
Further details of the loan portfolio will be included in the quarterly fact sheet to be released in January 2017.
