Directorate Changes
The Board of Hadrian's Wall Secured Investments Limited (the "Company"), is pleased to confirm the appointment of Mr Brett Miller as a non-executive director of the Company with effect from 9 December 2019. Mr Miller is also a director of RDL Realisation plc, Manchester and London Investment Trust plc and EIH plc, which are also publically listed companies.
Mr Miller was formerly within the last 5 years, a director of The Local Shopping REIT plc, Rapid Realisations Fund Limited, Loudwater Trust Limited, Gledhow Investments plc and Damille Investments II Limited.
Mr Miller has notified the Company that, save as disclosed herein; he does not have any details to be disclosed as required under Listing Rule 9.6.13.
The Board would also like to confirm the resignation of Mr Paul Craig as a non-executive director of the Company with effect from 9 December 2019.
