Harvey Nash Group PLC22 February 2006 HARVEY NASH GROUP PLC ("Harvey Nash" or "the Group") Pre-close trading statement Harvey Nash will announce its preliminary results for the year ended 31 January2006 on Monday 24th April 2006. The Board is taking the opportunity, in thispre-close statement, to update the market on current trading. In the second half of the year, the Group's European operations have performedmore strongly than expected and the US and UK operations are on track. As aresult the Group's revenues and profits for the year are expected to be ahead ofthe Board's expectations. Albert Ellis Chief Executive Officer commented: "I am very pleased with this performance for the full year. As we stated at ourinterims, our European businesses continue to deliver strong growth in revenuesand profits. In the UK and US our unique portfolio of services has deliveredrobust profits and increased margins."
