Harvey Nash Group PLC06 March 2007 Harvey Nash Group PLC (the "Company") - Director Shareholding Interest in Shares The Directors, David Higgins and Albert Ellis are beneficiaries under the DavidHiggins Incentive Trust and as such are deemed to be interested in all of theshares held by it. On 1st March 2007, 200,000 ordinary shares in the Company were transferred to aformer employee of the Harvey Nash Group. Upon transfer of the Shares, DavidHiggins and Albert Ellis ceased to be interested in the Shares so transferred.Following this transaction, the Trust holds 1,601,216 shares.
