Harvey Nash Group PLC20 July 2007 Harvey Nash group plc ("the Company") The Company announced on 12th June 2007 that 99,825 ordinary shares in theCompany are to be transferred to employees of the Harvey Nash Group by theHarvey Nash EBT Ltd pursuant to the Company's Share Bonus Plan, including thefollowing transfers to Directors: 24,000 to Albert Ellis, 15,000 to RichardAshcroft and 15,000 to Simon Wassall. These transfers, at nil consideration, took place on 17th July 2007. Subsequentto these transfers the beneficial shareholdings of Albert Ellis, RichardAshcroft and Simon Wassall are: Albert Ellis 40,704 Ordinary 5p Shares, RichardAshcroft 16,704 Ordinary 5p Shares and Simon Wassall 16,705 Ordinary 5p Shares.
