Re Directorate Appointment
The Board is pleased to announce that David Bezem will be joining the Board as an Independent Non-executive Director with effect from 1st June 2013.
David has more than 25 years' experience of providing corporate finance advice to UK quoted and private mid-market companies, focussing on the support services and media sectors. David has advised Boards on a variety of situations including executing acquisition led as well as organic growth strategies, raising equity capital and bank finance, and providing general advice in relation to investors and other stakeholders.
David has a B.Sc (econ.) from the London School of Economics and qualified as a Chartered Accountant with Arthur Andersen & Co. He has held a number of roles, most recently as a Managing Director in Altium's corporate finance business and prior to that as a managing director at Close Brothers Corporate Finance.

David Bezem holds and has held within the five preceding years the following directorships and partnerships: LMT Chamber Ensemble Ltd (current) and Close Brothers Corporate Finance Ltd (up until 2008).
