Havelock Europa PLC11 May 2007 Havelock Europa PLC Disclosure of Directors interest in shares Havelock Europa PLC (the "Company") announces that Richard Lowery, an ExecutiveDirector of the Company, exercised on 11 May 2007 the following Executive ShareOptions over 82,857 Ordinary Shares in aggregate: Number of Ordinary Exercise PriceShares Under Option Per Share 5,000 105.0p42,857 52.5p25,000 40.5p10,000 59.75p The Company was further notified by Mr Lowery that immediately following theissue to him of the 82,857 Ordinary Shares, 42,857 shares were then sold at aprice of 168p per share to fund the cost of the options exercised and the associated tax liability. Following the exercise of the Executive Share Options and the subsequent sale ofshares, Mr Lowery's holding in the Company increased to 217,589 OrdinaryShares, representing 0.57 percent of the issued share capital of the Company. The Company advises that its issued share capital has increased to 38,459,050ordinary shares of 10 pence each as at the date of this announcement. Eachshare carries the right to one vote. The Company holds no shares in Treasury. This figure (38,459,050) may be used by shareholders as the denominator for thecalculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify theirinterest in, or a change to their interest in the Company under the FSA'sDisclosure and Transparency Rules.
