Directorate Changes

Havelock Europa (HVE.L), the international interior solutions provider, announces the following directorate changes.

On 30th January 2015 Havelock announced that Eric Prescott intended to step down as Chief Executive Officer during the course of 2015 and that a search for his successor had been initiated. It is now announced that Mr Prescott has ceased to be Chief Executive Officer with immediate effect and has resigned as a Director of Havelock. The search for a new Chief Executive Officer continues as planned and an announcement will be made in due course.

Mr David Ritchie has been appointed to the board of Havelock as Chief Operating Officer where he will work alongside Ciaran Kennedy, the Finance Director of Havelock.

Mr Ritchie (aged 43) joined Havelock in 2013 as Group Commercial Manager having previously worked for Balfour Beatty plc (1998 - 2013) and Wimpey PLC (1989-1998). Mr Ritchie is a Fellow of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors and has a MBA in Business Administration from University of Strathclyde, Graduate Business School.

Mr Ritchie does not and has not in the last five years been a director of a company nor a partner in a business. There are no other disclosures required under Schedule Two (g) of the AIM Rules.

The Company is expected to announce Preliminary Results for the financial year ended 31 December 2014 on Friday 17 April 2015.
