Hunters (AIM - HUNT), one of the UK's largest franchised sales and lettings agency businesses, announces that the Company was informed today that Dean Fielding, Non-Executive Director, purchased a total of 35,000 ordinary shares in the Company at a price of 42.5 pence per share on 26 September 2019 and 23,850 ordinary shares at a price of 42.5 pence per share on 27 September 2019.
Following the purchases, Mr Fielding's holding in Hunters is 228,850 ordinary shares, representing 0.70% of Hunters' issued share capital.
