Total Voting Rights Update and Director Dealing
Hummingbird Resources plc ("Hummingbird" or the "Company") (AIM: HUM), announces the following updates in accordance with the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
As at 28 February 2023, the Company's issued share capital consists of 455,773,694 ordinary in the Company ("Ordinary Shares"), all with voting rights. The Company currently does not hold any shares in treasury. Therefore, the total number of voting rights in the Company as at 28 February 2023 is 455,773,694.
The above figure of 455,773,694 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, Hummingbird under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
Hummingbird further announces that it has been notified that Thomas Hill, Finance Director of the Company, has transferred 48,560 Ordinary Shares from a nominee account to his ISA (the ''Transfer'').
Following the Transfer, Thomas Hill remains beneficially interested in, in aggregate, 408,235 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.08 per cent. of the Company's currently issued share capital.
