Hummingbird Resources plc (AIM: HUM), announces the following update on its block admission of shares to be issued to holders of options granted as part of the Company's share option schemes. This update is regulatory and required every six months under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
Between the period 12 March 2021 to 11 September 2021, there were no exercises under the share option scheme by Directors or any other member of the Company. 225,606 ordinary shares options did however lapse in that time period due to personnel movements. As such, the balance under the schemes of securities not issued at the end of the period subject to the block admission totalled 11,136,404 ordinary shares.
