Hunting today announces the following share transactions by non-executive Directors of the Company:
Carol Chesney
On 5 June 2019, Carol Chesney notified the Company that she had purchased 3,000 Hunting PLC Ordinary shares of 25p each at a price of 526 pence per share. The purchase took place on 5 June 2019.
Following this transaction Carol Chesney's beneficial holding is 5,000 Ordinary shares in Hunting PLC representing 0.003% of the Company's share capital.
Richard Hunting
On 5 June 2019, Richard Hunting notified the Company that he had purchased 1,550 Hunting PLC Ordinary shares of 25p each at a price of 520 pence per share. The purchase took place on 5 June 2019.
