German Investor Enquiry
The Company wishes to carry out a cost benefit analysis for providing publically each year German tax reporting information on each share class in issue, as required by section 5 Investmentsteuergestz of Germany (the "Data").
The Directors request that any German resident or domiciled shareholder using or requiring the Data please make their presence known by email to the Company Secretary by 27 February 2015 at fundservicesgsy@jtcgroup.com and disclose:
· name and address of German beneficial owner;
· number and class of shares held; and
· registered title of such shares as appearing in the Company's Register of Shareholders.
After 27 February the board will consider all responses and before the end of March publish its decision by way of a further company announcement.
