HIGHBRIDGE MULTI-STRATEGY FUND LIMITED (the "Company")
RESIGNATION OF NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR AND COMMITTEE CHANGES
The Company announces that, as the Chairman stated in the Half Year Report Mr Paul Meader, Non-Executive Director, is due to retire at the end of the year and has therefore tendered his resignation from the Company with effect from 31 December 2018. His distinguished service on the Board began in April 2006.
The Board would like to extend their thanks to Mr Meader for his considerable contribution to the Company and wish him well for the future.
The Board would also like to take this opportunity to advise that Mr Paul Le Page has assumed the responsibilities of Senior Independent Director from Mr Meader and will, on 1 January 2019, be appointed chairman of the Company's Investment and Market Risk Committee. In addition, Mr Steve Le Page will assume the Chair of the Company's Management and Remuneration Committee, and Mr Vic Holmes, Chairman of the Company, has resigned as a member of the Company's Audit Committee pursuant to the best practice recommendations of the latest edition of the UK Corporate Governance Code.
